Wrapper Operator
1st Shift General Schedule: 6:30am – 3:00pm
2nd Shift General Schedule: 2:45pm – 11:00pm
3rd Shift General Schedule: 10:00pm – 6:30am
An established food production company is searching for experienced Wrapper Operators to join their growing team! The Wrapper Operator will operate and monitor wrapper equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging of food products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor wrapper equipment, ensure settings and speeds are optimized for efficient production.
- Conduct start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns according to SOPs.
- Inspect product and packaging materials to verify quality, proper sealing, and correct labeling.
- Perform routing checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend information.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in food manufacturing.
- Proven ability to operate automated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform minor equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
