Interview process : On site interview
Shift details :  Saturday 5am-1:30pm (Very important : 1 day a week Only Saturdays but the time could vary from 8-10 hours and worst case scenario the site might need them Sundays too but we would tell them in advance. )

Job Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance is responsible for building and equipment maintenance and upkeep. Skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs.

Job Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
Inspects buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Repair building equipment to include plumbing, structures, carpentry, dry and wet fire systems, etc.
Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment to include inspection, cleaning, lubrications, adjustments and repairs, etc.
Performs basic building and grounds repairs and maintenance on material handling equipment including faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
Uses power tools to perform job tasks safely and with desired results. Services basic mechanical devices and functions within the operations. Ability to operate alternate facility PIT (scissor lift, sit-down fork, floor scrubber, etc.) safely and within expectations of site leadership.
Keep accurate records of preventative maintenance and all other work performed.
Communicate with Supervisor daily on changes and problems with building equipment.
Clean work area/warehouse and equipment
Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Additional Responsibilities
Follows preventative maintenance procedures and assists with the development and implementation of all new procedures.
Must be able to accurately and legibly complete required paperwork and documentation, schedule and coordinate work orders and repairs.
Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications:
High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent related experience
Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred.

Experience:
2-3 years of on-the-job experience
2-3 years of experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical trades, and/or related to building maintenance preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
Must be able to work flexible hours.

Work Environment:
Onsite Role:
This position requires the associate to perform all duties at one of our  locations, such as a distribution center or office.

Travel (minor):
This position may require the associate to travel to company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.

Physical Environment/Demands:
Warehouse Roles:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently. 
Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operation.
Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures. 
Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment. 
Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties. Ability to operate work-related equipment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Woodstock Farms: Ability to work in an environment containing tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, sesame, milk and different spices like pepper, chili, etc.
