WVROCKS PROGRAM DIRECTOR-WV NETWORK (WVNET)-MONONGALIA CO.
SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $85,000 Commensurate with qualifications and experience with a full benefits package.
WVNET is seeking a strategic, collaborative leader to serve as the WVROCKS Program Director. WVROCKS is a statewide initiative advancing online learning, institutional collaboration, and student success across West Virginia's higher education community.
Reporting to the WVNET Executive Director, the Program Director provides leadership and oversight for program strategy, governance, partnerships, fiscal management, and operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape statewide initiatives, build meaningful institutional partnerships, and lead innovation in online education.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience with a full benefits package, including:

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, program management, organizational leadership, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in:
Strategic planning and program development.
Budget administration and resource management.
Stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
Supervising and leading professional staff.
