The Director of Account Management is responsible for managing a team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and Client Success Managers (CSMs) to support a national client base of over 100 core Clients. Account Management is responsible for overall Client relationships by leading the process execution of existing international recruitment efforts, driving growth through re-orders and portfolio expansion at the most strategic Clients, and drive standardization in account management strategies, and helping provide consistency in Client communication, tools, systems, and processes. The Director will provide C-suite level support to the regional account’s teams on monthly Client calls, as required, and on periodic site visits. The Director will manage and mentor the Account Management in building excellent Client relationships with the entire country and chartered with building a high-performance team of sales and operation leaders.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management
Develop and execute the overall account management strategy to support client growth, retention, and long-term business objectives.
Lead strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, customer engagement, and loyalty across key accounts.
Drive account planning and execution, including business plans, resource allocation, and cross-functional alignment to achieve client success.
Oversee the Account Management Support function, including client service, CRM reporting, operational support, and special projects.
Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic input through business reviews, organizational reporting, and strategic project discussions.
Drive Strategic Customer Relationships
Mentor and develop RAMs, supporting strategic client relationships through executive engagement and key account visits.
Drive operational excellence by championing process consistency, continuous improvement, and effective execution across client and internal teams.
Lead account growth and planning efforts, including S&OP activities, account strategy development, business expansion, and resource prioritization.
Operational Excellence
Serve as the executive sponsor for client accounts, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead and hold regional account teams accountable for project execution, performance, and client outcomes.
Standardize account management processes, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage technology to drive efficiency and growth.
Develop client communication strategies, onboarding materials, and presentations that support an effective customer experience.
Coach and develop RAMs and CSMs while leading account reviews and maintaining high performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum five years of management experience in Sales, Client Services, or related customer-facing organizations, preferably within the Staffing Industry or Healthcare Industry.
Minimum five years of experience of leadership experience in building Executive relationships and presenting to senior executives of larger Corporations, preferably in the Healthcare Industry.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and build Teams that deliver on growth targets and drive internal and external execution of the Client process.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills and IT fluency.
Demonstrated Process Leadership skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to drive Client strategies.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Superior proficiency and Excel skills, as well as PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Significant expertise in client/candidate management systems or IT tools such CRM, ATS, ERPs, Business Reporting, etc.
Ability to communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines.

USD $110,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
