Minimum Qualifications:- Completion of formal, accredited training program in an approved School of Radiology Technology, plus registration through the American Registry for Radiology Technologists or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality patient care with consideration of aging processes, human development stages and cultural patterns in each step of the care process.
- Analytical skills and the ability to calculate and prepare radiographic contrast or radio-pharmaceutical isotopes (where applicable) according to standard procedure required by the test given, with the ability to operate all current equipment.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to plan and direct Section operations and to effectively provide input on future goals and objectives in the department.
- The ability to support and interpret policies appropriately.
- Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interface effectively with patients, physicians, patient's family and other hospital employees.
