What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopy procedures including X-rays, barium studies, and fluoro exams
• Operate advanced imaging equipment such as GE OEC C-Arm and CareStream portables
• Prepare and administer contrast media in compliance with protocols
• Assist in various clinical procedures, including ER, ICU, OR, and bedside imaging
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes
• Maintain accurate imaging records and manage PACS and EPIC systems
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care

What You Need
Required:

• ARRT R license and BLS certification
• At least 2 years of radiology experience in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with adult acute care, outpatient imaging, and portable procedures
• Experience with GE OEC C-Arm and CareStream portable systems
• Strong knowledge of contrast media preparation and administration
• Ability to perform a range of diagnostic procedures (abdomen, chest, spine, extremities)

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a community hospital environment

About the Assignment
Join a dynamic radiology department in a full-service acute care hospital that handles 50-70 procedures daily, with busy weekends. Your role will include performing diagnostic imaging for a diverse patient population, including neonates to geriatrics, in fast-paced settings such as ER, ICU, and OR. Up to 2 weeks of orientation provided; shifts are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with a night shift schedule.
