What You’ll Do- Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety while following radiation protection and safety guidelines
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot imaging equipment
- Keep exam rooms stocked, organized, and ready for patient care
- Schedule imaging studies and provide clear pre-procedure instructions to patients
- Obtain and review prior imaging studies from external facilities as needed
- Accurately document all procedures in the medical record
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients and staff with imaging-related questions
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, compliance activities, and continuing education
- Maintain current CPR certification and required licensure
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
- Perform additional duties as assigned by providers or leadership
What We’re Looking For- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
- ARRT certification preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced urgent care setting
