X-Ray Technologist
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule: Night Shift | 4x10 Hours | 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong radiographic imaging skills, excellent patient care abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders
- Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure radiation safety standards and ALARA principles are followed
- Verify patient information and explain imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate imaging documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
- Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards
- Provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year of X-Ray Technologist Experience Preferred
- Active ARRT Certification Required
- Active Ohio Radiologic License Required
- BLS Certification Required
- Hospital Experience Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Radiation Safety Standards
- Ability to Work Night Shift Schedule
