We are seeking an experienced Competitive Gymnastics Xcel Team Coach to join our youth sports facility.
Qualifications include previous coaching experience, strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety, excellent communication and leadership skills, and certifications such as USAG, SafeSport, and CPR/First Aid.
Responsibilities involve developing training programs, coaching during practices and competitions, creating individualized plans, monitoring progress, fostering a positive environment, maintaining communication with athletes and parents, and staying current with coaching techniques and regulations.
