Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Xray Operator for a temp-to-hire position in Brea, CA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team on the 2nd shift, running from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role offers a competitive pay range of $20-$24 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and run multiple automated testing equipment using specific work instructions and procedures.
- Follow manufacturing work instructions and use proprietary computer-guided test programs to perform quality checks of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.
- Ability to follow multi-step test procedures.
- Test products, determine if products pass all test steps, and clearly separate good and defective units.
- Operate bar code scanner.
- Maintain required record-keeping in accordance with policies, specifications, and requirements.
- Perform simple maintenance of equipment, fixtures, tooling, and workplace cleanliness.
- Contribute effectively to the team to ensure objectives are met.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Perform production and return goods testing.
- Compile and record test results.
- Aid in troubleshooting failed boards down to the component level.
- Read and interpret documents, instructions, operation manuals, safety rules, etc.
- Possess interpersonal and language skills necessary to deal with people at all levels within the organization.
- Understand basic reports relating to this department.
- Complete background check and drug screen.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
