    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced XRay Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating X-ray machines to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate will have a Maryland License-Certified Medical Radiation Tech, American Heart Association CPR Certification, and ARRT Certification, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.
    Responsibilities:
    - Operate X-ray machines to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
    - Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and instructing them on breathing and movement techniques
    - Ensure radiation safety for patients and staff, following established protocols and guidelines
    - Process and analyze images, using knowledge of anatomy and physiology to identify potential issues
    - Provide images to radiologists for interpretation and diagnosis
    - Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
    - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in X-ray technology
    Requirements:
    - Maryland License-Certified Medical Radiation Tech
    - American Heart Association CPR Certification
    - ARRT Certification
    - 1-3 years of experience as an XRay Technologist
    - Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
    - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiation safety
    - Excellent communication and patient care skills
    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
