Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an XSIAM Automation and Content Migration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH/ Cincinnati, OH/ Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate is responsible for refactoring and migrating automation content from XSOAR to XSIAM, including scripts, playbooks, and orchestration components.
Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
XSIAM Automation and Content Migration Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Refactor and migrate automation content from XSOAR to XSIAM, including scripts, playbooks, lists, and orchestration components.
Develop and deploy automation use cases within Cortex XSIAM/XSOAR to enhance security operations efficiency.
Collaborate with internal project teams to support large-scale content migration and ensure seamless integration.
Write, modify, and optimize Python-based scripts used in automation and orchestration workflows.
Test, validate, and troubleshoot migrated content to ensure functionality and performance within XSIAM.
Support ongoing improvements in automation processes and contribute to streamlining security operations workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
8-10 years of experience in security engineering, automation, or content migration roles.
Proven hands-on experience building and deploying automation use cases within Cortex XSIAM or XSOAR.
Strong proficiency in Python scripting, with experience refactoring and migrating automation content across security platforms.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
