Job Title :XSIAM Detection and Automation Engineer
Location: : Cleveland OH/ Cincinnati OH/ Edison, NJ
Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $40 - $50/hr (all Inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an XSIAM Detection and Automation Engineer. This role requires a deep understanding of Cortex XSIAM and XSOAR to sustain current operations, manage enhancements, and ensure seamless integration of new data sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Direct exposure to Cortex XSIAM and XSOAR.
- Experience in building and sustaining content like correlation rules, reports, dashboards, and scripts (Python).
- Proficient in developing playbooks, automations, and automation rules.
- Skilled in parsing using regex and creating XDM data models.
- Prior work experience in the client’s industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with digital security, data architecture, and modeling.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for managing requests and backlogs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sustain current operations within XSOARXSIAM by addressing tuning, bug requests, and enhancements.
- Manage intake from ServiceNow requests and maintain a JIRA backlog Kanban board.
- Update data source parsing rules and create XDM data models for new data sources.
