The primary responsibilities of the warehouse and customer service associates are:

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers by listening, identifying their needs and responding with solutions and product recommendations.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload freight trucks as well as customer vehicles.
• Frequently load and unload items by hand up to 80 pounds.
• Assist customers with key duplication including automotive keys and key fobs.
• Re-screen window and door screens as well as custom build window screens.
• Accurately take and fulfill customer orders both in person and over the phone.
• Safely operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders and other power equipment.
• Assembly of merchandise to be displayed in store.
• Assist customers in locating product throughout the warehouse and in-store.
• Support the store management team
• Continually work on increasing knowledge of the products we sell and their uses

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a strong willingness to learn.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Must be able to move and stand for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift, move and handle up to 80 pounds frequently.
