Yard Cleaner

Responsibilities
Clean and maintain the yard, fabrication areas, warehouses, and surrounding work areas.
Remove scrap metal, trash, wood, packaging, and other debris.
Keep walkways, work areas, and access points clear and safe.
Assist with moving and organizing materials and equipment.
Help stage materials, parts, vessels, and fabricated equipment in designated areas.
Use hand tools and basic equipment to perform cleaning and general labor tasks.
Assist other yard and production employees as directed.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
Maintain proper housekeeping and support 5S workplace standards.
Follow PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and other applicable safety procedures.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, spills, or hazards to supervision.
Work outdoors and in an industrial environment, including exposure to weather, dust, noise, and heavy equipment.
Perform other general yard duties as assigned.
