Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are now hiring Yard Workers for a busy warehouse and distribution facility in Reno, NV! This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
Job Summary:
The Yard Worker is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe yard environment while assisting with material handling, equipment organization, staging operations, and loading/unloading activities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Maintain yard cleanliness and organization through sweeping, cleaning, and general upkeep
- Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials
- Move, stage, and organize products and materials throughout the yard
- Support the setup and maintenance of route staging areas and designated storage locations
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with equipment inspections and ensure yard equipment is properly stored
- Help maintain fleet parking areas and overall yard organization
- Follow all safety procedures and loading/unloading protocols
- Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned
- Work overtime as needed to meet operational demands
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or yard operations preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift, pull, and move up to 30 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and warehouse environments
