Job Description Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Associate and Drop-Off Attendant to assist customers with electronic recycling drop-offs while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. As the first point of contact for many customers, you'll provide excellent customer service while ensuring all incoming materials are handled efficiently and according to company procedures.
Essential Job Functions Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Assist customers with unloading and directing electronic recycling materials. Answer customer questions regarding accepted items, recycling services, and applicable fees. Process payments accurately for items that require recycling or disposal fees using the company's point-of-sale system. Sort and stage incoming materials according to company procedures. Work closely with warehouse staff to keep the receiving area organized and operating efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous customer service, cashier, warehouse, or recycling experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Customer service and cashier experience. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to assist customers.
