Yard Driver Manager - $65k-$75K Salary+ Monthly Bonuses!

Seeking an experienced Yard Driver Manager to oversee driver operations for a well-known distribution center in West Jefferson, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and direct the activities of yard jockeys on all shifts for an operation that runs 24/7.
Ensure full compliance with all safety and maintenance standards.
Maintain driver schedules and timecards.
Make sure all drivers are following yard procedures.
Coordinate driver training.
Review safety and productivity information and adjust accordingly.
Evaluate, develop, and supervise all yard drivers.
Safely maneuver and back semi-trailers as a full shift driver.
Perform other duties as assigned.
$60,000 - $75,000 salary
Up to a $1,000 monthly bonus based on key performance goals

REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A or Yard Driver experience.

Management experience.
