Do you enjoy getting hands-on with heavy equipment? Keeping our yards tidy and organized is critical to maintaining our specialist fleet. As a yard employee you will be responsible for making sure this happens to a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Performs yard tasks as assigned under supervision (Staging load list, loading and unloading trucks, simple housekeeping tasks)
- Operates equipment safely and responsibly (Forklifts, zoom booms, manlifts, overhead crane)
- Assist co-workers with staging and unloading equipment
- Identifies and mitigates basic hazards (Knowing when to call an all stop when necessary and call a supervisor to mitigate the hazard involved)
- Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet all physical and safety requirements
- Completion of Mammoet onboard training courses
- Ability to understand and apply established procedures
- Maintain yard and facilities cleanliness
- Basic crane and rigging knowledge
- Ability to operate yard equipment: forklift, man lift, etc.
- Ability to meet daily deadlines in fast-paced work environment
- English, basic proficiency verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a technical or transport environment
