Klinger Constructors is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Yard Foreman / Equipment Coordinator to oversee our equipment yard and support our construction operations throughout New Mexico. This position is responsible for ensuring our yard, our equipment, our tools and vehicles are organized, maintained, and ready to support our field crews every day.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the company equipment yard.
- Track, inspect, maintain, and organize construction equipment, trailers, tools, and company assets.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups to project sites.
- Operate the company dump truck and other commercial vehicles as needed.
- Maintain equipment inventory, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Conduct safety training for employees on designated company equipment.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, safe, and efficient.
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, mechanics, and field crews to support project needs.
Qualifications
- CDL (Class A or B preferred) or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience operating construction equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of equipment maintenance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
