Job Summary

This position is responsible for the dispatch function, coordinating with the sales department, shipping, receiving, customer, delivery truck services and logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in performing all tasks necessary to ensure that all vehicles and drivers are safe and in compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies
• Receive/verify incoming materials for facility
• Maintain the yard in an orderly fashion
• Schedule workload
• Work closely with the production team to determine items ready for delivery
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on sale's request for product and product availability
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements

• High school diploma / equivalent
• Must have experience in the field or a related area, at least 2 years is preferred
• Must have operating experience via forklift
• Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Occasional overtime is required
• Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed

Compensation

• Payrate for this position is from $26-$28/hour
• Paid Time Off - 120 hours per calendar year (pro-rated in first year)
• 401k plan
