Yard Hand

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Yard Hand to join our team. The Yard Hand will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the yard, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Keep the yard clean and organized at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on yard equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
