LOGISTICS FOR THE INDUSTRIOUS

2ND SHIFT: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 3:30PM to MIDNIGHT
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION
- Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
- Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
- Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
- Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
- Operating and managing technical equipment.
- Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
- Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
- Identifying workplace safety hazards.
- Adhering to safety management standards.
- Adhering to production schedules.
OTHER SIGNIFICANT JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years sit-down forklift experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- 2+ Years of open dock/warehouse experience
- RF Scan gun experience
REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)
- Verbal and written communication in English with Operations Dock Personnel and Management
- Must be willing to work overtime (either coming in early or staying late). and potential Saturday work, dependent upon customer/business needs.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. (Equipment or team lift required if beyond 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail for verifying order details when picking/packing customer orders
- May be bi-lingual, but must be able to read, write, and speak English

- Ability to Multi-task

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to dress appropriately depending on weather conditions.
- Ability to withstand possible extreme cold or heat conditions.
