Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a hardworking and dependable General Labor Associate in Jackson, GA. In this hands-on and physically active role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations at a tire recycling plant while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. In a General Labor job you’ll be responsible for:
Assisting with tire sorting, loading, and processing operations.
Removing debris and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Supporting equipment operators and plant staff as needed.
Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Performing general labor duties in an outdoor recycling facility.
What you’ll need:
Ability to work outdoors under all weather conditions including hot sun, cold snaps, rain, and other weather elements.
Willingness to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials.
Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
