Sun up, boots on, and the yard comes alive. As our Yard Logistics & Equipment Operator, you’re the steady hand that keeps the facility clean, safe, and moving smoothly. You’ll greet customers, stage materials, and operate equipment with care—making sure everything and everyone is in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Tackle

• Keep the yard immaculate and well organized so materials and equipment are always where they belong.
• Welcome customers and help load/unload materials with efficient, friendly service.
• Walk the yard regularly to spot hazards, correct issues, and elevate safety.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stage inventory.
• Communicate constantly with teammates to coordinate smooth daily operations.
• Perform basic upkeep on yard equipment and promptly report repair needs.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures without exception.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in a yard or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
• Comfort lifting heavy items and working outdoors in all weather.
• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
