Pay: $23.63/hr + weekly pay
Location: Douglassville, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm or 6:00am–4:00pm

What your day looks like

• Operate a sit-down forklift to shuttle finished products and pallets throughout the yard.
• Load and unload trucks with precision and safety top of mind.
• Check concrete products for quality, consistency, and correct packaging.
• Sort returned pallets to determine what can be reused.
• Apply top sheets, labels, and protective materials to prepare products for shipment.
• Assemble sample pallets and display units for customers and vendors.
• Keep the yard clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE expectations, and lockout/tagout practices.

What you bring

• 1+ year of sit-down forklift experience (required).
• Comfort working outdoors in an industrial environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Attention to detail and comfort with physical, hands-on work.

Education & experience

• High School Diploma or GED (highly preferred).
• Background in manufacturing, warehousing, or yard operations preferred.
