ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsibility for general building maintenance Responsibility for maintaining cleanliness of facility including restrooms, storage areas, garages, and grounds.
Walks property to check for repairs Removes environmental hazards Parking lot maintenance - cleans and maintains a safe parking lot and outlying property.
Maintains the ground foliage including grass, plants, and trees. Mows grass, trims trees, weeds, flower beds, edges, borders, and cleans gutters as needed. Paints specified areas as determined by management.
