JOB SUMMARY:

<\/div>
Responsible for the proper receipt, storage, and loading of raw materials for production. Additionally, accountable for conducting routine maintenance on plant equipment and ensuring the yard area is well -maintained and organized.
<\/div>

<\/div>
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/FUNCTIONS
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Conducts daily routine inspections of compressors and heavy equipment
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Prepares equipment for the morning start -up of the plant.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Monitors incoming raw materials to confirm compliance with required specifications.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Operates a front -end loader to unload raw materials and place them in the appropriate storage bins.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Retrieves the necessary material with a front -end loader as per the specifications provided by the batch operator and loads it into the correct bin for processing.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Conducts physical inventory of raw materials as required.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Performs routine maintenance on front -end loaders, compressors, "bag" houses, pumps, valves, and reclaimers.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Conducts regular inspections of material silos to ensure cleanliness and prevent material blockages.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Undertakes general housekeeping duties in and around the plant building and yard as necessary, including tasks such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and cutting grass.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Ensures the overall orderly organization of equipment and supplies in and around the yard and plant.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Inspects and maintains the dust system.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Preserves the cleanliness and appearance of the concrete reclaimer pond.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Performs other duties as assigned by the plant manager.
<\/div>

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED = R; PREFERRED = P)

· Valid Cdl
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Experience with general or routine maintenance tasks.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Capability to safely operate a front -end loader.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
<\/div>

<\/div>
· Ability to read, write, and distinguish colors.
<\/div>
