Yard Production Associate – Precast Concrete Greenville, SC

Nesco Resource is currently seeking experienced Yard Production Associates for a precast concrete manufacturing facility in Greenville, SC.

Position Summary

The Yard Production Associate is responsible for assisting with the production, handling, finishing, and movement of precast concrete products in an outdoor manufacturing environment. This position involves working with concrete forms, stripping molds, patching finished products, material handling, and maintaining a safe and productive work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of precast concrete products in the yard.
• Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete forms and molds.
• Strip forms and remove finished concrete products safely.
• Patch, grind, and repair concrete surfaces as needed to meet quality standards.
• Assist with pouring and placing concrete into forms.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Move materials and finished products using overhead cranes, forklifts, or other equipment (if trained).
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or outdoor labor experience required.
• Experience in precast concrete is a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in outdoor, non-climate-controlled environments in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Pay Rate

Starting at $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday
Hours may vary depending on production needs, with overtime available as required.
