Our client, a growing logistics company in Fowler, is seeking an experienced Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations and ensure the safe and efficient movement of trailers, equipment, and personnel.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily yard operations and coordinate yard activities.
Direct the movement of trailers and equipment to maintain an organized and efficient yard.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely operations.
Communicate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse personnel, and management.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in a yard supervisor or logistics leadership role required
? Strong leadership and communication skills.
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and receiving operations.
