Job Description
Yard Technician/Handyman
Starting Pay: $22 - $26/hr, paid weekly
Location: Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare modular units for customers
- Wash, clean, and wax flooring
- Remove and install floor tile
- Replace and install windows and doors
- Repair or replace exterior siding and other building components
- Prep and paint interior and exterior portions of units
- Remove, repair, and replace walls
- Assist with basic lighting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Perform light carpentry and general building repairs
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Perform repairs or maintenance at customer job sites when needed
- Communicate professionally with customers while working on-site
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with additional yard, maintenance, and construction duties as needed
Requirements
