Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a growing organization seeking a Yardi Systems Analyst / BI Analyst to support and enhance its property management technology ecosystem. This role will focus heavily on Yardi support, SQL reporting, and Power BI dashboard development while partnering with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve reporting capabilities, and support system integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on Yardi experience and can confidently discuss both the functional and technical aspects of the platform. Position is onsite in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Yardi reports, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to support business operations and executive reporting.
  • Support Yardi administration activities, integrations, data migrations, and resolution of complex property management system issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve workflows, and assist with implementation of new technologies and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager or other Yardi platforms, including the ability to discuss technical Yardi experience beyond basic end-user functions.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis, along with experience developing or maintaining Power BI dashboards.
  • Experience within the property management, multifamily, commercial real estate, or related industry, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
