YEAR ONE MENTOR TEACHERS

Westfield Public Schools seeks positive, empathetic and encouraging applicants for the following position for the 2026-2027 school year. ONLY current Westfield Public School employees can apply. Responsibilities:

• Year One Mentors will provide support and guidance to a new teacher through regularly scheduled meetings and informal contacts.
• Meet with mentee formally for 18 hours throughout the school year.
• Attend the new teacher orientation.

There is a stipend, plus 15 PDP''s. Year One Training: Additional 15 PDP''s. POSITION SUBJECT TO FUNDING AND NEED FOR MENTORS
