Year Round Full Time Restaurant Professional- Bartender

The Black Pearl on Historic Bannister's Wharf in Newport is looking for a full-time restaurant professional to join our bartending team.

We’re a multi-generational, family-owned restaurant with a 50+ year legacy and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in the craft— If you approach service and hospitality not as a job but as a career, if you're looking to find a long-term home, and if you love being a part of a tight knit team, then we want to talk!

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 7 years of bartending experience
• Broad knowledge of classic and prohibition era cocktails
• Ability to engage with guests in a professional, polished, and welcoming manner
• Someone who values hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail

This role is ideal for a bartender who appreciates tradition, enjoys connecting with guests, and wants to be part of a team that feels like family while maintaining high standards.
