Keystone Gardens is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to help create and maintain beautiful landscapes throughout the greater Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong horticultural knowledge and a passion for quality outdoor work.

Responsibilities
Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
Performing proper pruning techniques
Managing overall garden and landscape maintenance
Leading and supervising a gardening team
Communicating clearly with crew members to ensure quality and efficiency
Hardscaping experience is a plus but not required
Qualifications
Proven horticulture experience
Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising a gardening or landscape team
Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance
Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role
