Landscape Team Member

Location: Moraine, OH
Pay: $17-20/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (end time varies based on project completion)

Every day brings something different - from installing beautiful landscapes and hardscapes to maintaining commercial and residential properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each day, this is the opportunity for you.


What You'll Do:

• Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, trimming, and weeding
• Install mulch, plants, shrubs, and other landscape materials
• Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features
• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
• Operate larger equipment, including excavators, when needed
• Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects
• Perform snow removal during winter months to help maintain safe properties
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well on a team
• One year of landscaping experience preferred, but motivated individuals are encouraged to apply
