YMCA Reads Bright Pathways Site Coordinator

Responsible for the overall implementation, management, and success of the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program at one school site serving up to 32 students. Provides high-quality literacy instruction, academic support, enrichment activities, staff supervision, volunteer coordination, and school partnership development while ensuring compliance with YMCA and ECT program requirements. The position follows a school-year structure (32 weeks: one preparation week, 30 implementation weeks, one wrap-up week) with working hours aligned to each school's dismissal schedule, and supports school-day literacy pull-out instruction as required under State Alliance funding.
