Bethesda Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Youth Activities Counselor to help create exceptional experiences for our members and their families. In this role, you'll provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents enjoy the Club's amenities.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for children of all ages.

• Plan and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and special events.

• Support youth programming related to Golf, Tennis, Fitness, and other Club activities.

• Assist with organizing and coordinating the Tiger Cub Program.

• Help plan, set up, and execute children's events and family programming.

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the Kids Room.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked activity space.

• Collect, organize, and manage lost and found items.

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed while providing outstanding member service.

• Comfortable using computer systems to accurately enter and access information.

• Flexibility to work weekends and during Club events.
