The Associate Pastor is a godly man continuing to grow and mature in Christ as a person of integrity who meets the Biblical qualifications of eldership and believes the Bible is the inerrant word of God. He must have a strong sense of calling and identity in Christ and is continuing to grow in depth and knowledge of the Gospel and being transformed by it. He must demonstrate a willingness and faithfulness in discipling those around him, whether in the local church context or whomever is in his sphere of influence. His ultimate desire should be the glory of God, and he should see his unique calling in equipping the body of Christ, the local church, for that purpose. Primary Responsibility \u2022 Lead, Shepherd, Teach, Nurture and Grow Young Adult and Youth Ministries Assist Senior Pastor With \u2022 Teaching Bible Studies, Sunday School and at Retreats. \u2022 Preaching multiple times per year. Salary: $60K-$89K
