Job Title: Youth Camp Instructor
Employment Type: Seasonal

Camp Dates:
June 1 - July 24, 2026
Responsibilities:
  •  Teach work readiness and basic employment skills to youth with disabilities.
  •  Lead structured camp lessons and interactive learning activities.
  •  Adapt instruction and activities to support different learning abilities.
  •  Supervise students during all camp activities and transitions.
  •  Ensure the safety and well being of all participants at all times.
  •  Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  •  Take and maintain accurate attendance records for participants.
  •  Support students in developing confidence, independence, and teamwork skills.
  •  Communicate student progress or concerns with program coordinators.
  •  Assist with the preparation and organization of daily camp activities.
  •  Follow all organizational policies and camp safety procedures.
  •  Maintain confidentiality of participant information. 
Qualifications:
  • Level 2 Background Check.
  • Experience working with youth preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lead groups and provide clear instruction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, dependable, and attentive to student needs.
Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
