Youth Care Worker to join our dedicated team. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children facing emotional and behavioral challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
We provide therapeutic care in a homelike setting, helping children develop daily living skills, build healthy social relationships, and learn appropriate behaviors through consistent support and guidance.
️ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with 6–7 children with emotional and/or behavioral needs in a structured, home-like environment
- Remain alert and attentive throughout the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to monitor and support children with severe behavioral challenges
- Accurately document observations, incidents, and progress in daily records
- Maintain a safe and clean living space through light housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks

- Schedule: Overnight (11 PM – 7 AM)
- Starting Pay: From $18.00/hour
