ATD (Alternative to Detention) is an intensive community-based program serving court-involved youth between the ages of 12 and 18 who have been mandated to an ATD program by the Family Court pending disposition of their court case. The Youth Coach will work with a cohort of up to 13 mentees providing community support, guidance, and crisis intervention.

Hours: 35 Hours/Week; Non-Exempt
Schedule: Non-Traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Salary: $21.97 / HR - $24.73 / HR
