Schedule: Mon-Fri, 11:30am-8:00pm
SUMMARY
The Youth Development and Enrichment Site Lead plays a vital role in advancing Community Education's mission by leading the coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of site-based enrichment programming within a secondary setting. This position serves as the primary connector between students, school staff, families, and community partners, creating a dynamic, student-centered environment that fosters academic success, social-emotional growth, and leadership development. Ideal for individuals passionate about youth engagement and relationship-building, this role also supports Community Education summer programming by leading enrichment classes and working directly with youth.

QUALIFICATIONS
60 college credits and 3 years' experience working in education, youth development or related field OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by Human Resources.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid Minnesota State Driver's License may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a standard office environment which requires occasionally lifting such articles as file boxes or heavier materials with help from others and/or lifting and carrying light objects frequently. A job in this category may require walking or standing to a significant degree or may involve sitting most of the time with long periods of computer work and heavy phone usage.
