    Description

    This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening the community. This operations-focused role manages the program's mentor credentialing process, coordinating training logistics, tracking participant progress, and ensuring credentialing requirements are completed in partnership with the Program Coordinator. The role also maintains attendance and program data, supports reporting and dashboards, and contributes to youth programming. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and confident using spreadsheets and data tools to maintain accurate, audit-ready records and keep operations running smoothly.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. HS/GED required; AAS preferred.

    2. Basic knowledge of computers including data entry skills with a proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Publisher) and other basic data tools is required.

    3. Experience in Youth Development or a related field with the ability to facilitate engaging sessions with young people is required.

    4. Excellent human relation skills, problem solving, communication, and strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through is required.

    5. Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of the YMCA.

    6. Preferred: Experience supporting program operations, data management, or recordkeeping; familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

    7. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    • Full Time Hourly- 30 hours per week
    • Monday- Friday (includes evening and some weekend hours)
