The Youth Development Program Success Coordinator VISTA will strengthen The Sanneh Foundation's capacity by developing and piloting sustainable youth worker training systems, program quality resources, and evaluation tools that support staff delivering youth programming at Conway Community Center and partner sites across the Twin Cities metro. Throughout the service year, the VISTA will develop training curricula, quality assessment rubrics, program planning templates, observation tools, SOP recommendations, implementation guides, and sustainability documentation to improve program consistency and staff support. By strengthening onboarding, training, and retention systems for staff and volunteers, this project will increase TSF's long-term capacity to serve low-income youth and families.
