Under the guidance and direction of the Vice President of Programs, the Youth Engagement Coordinator - Career Navigator supports youth and young adults ages 16-24, especially those disconnected from school or work, in identifying, accessing, and completing high-quality education, training, and employment opportunities. Rooted in ULMS's mission to empower Black and underserved communities, this role uses a whole-person, culturally responsive pathways-navigation approach to provide individualized coaching, assessments, career planning, and wraparound support.
The Youth Engagement Coordinator - Career Navigator acts as a central hub of guidance in partnership with ULMS' programs, local schools, employers, colleges, and social service agencies. This role empowers participants to navigate systems, build economic mobility, and transition into stable career and education pathways.

Workers Compensation Coverage - ~$436.80 - ~$3,993.60 per year (depending on class code)
Taxes - 9.8% of salary
