The Youth & Families Support Services Manager plays a key leadership role in strengthening student engagement, family partnerships, and youth support systems across the organization. This position oversees student support and engagement efforts, staff training related to youth development and behavioral health, family engagement initiatives, and the continued evolution of PV's support services model.

The Youth & Families Support Services Manager will supervise one direct report focused on parent and family engagement and will collaborate closely with program staff and organizational leadership to improve student attendance, engagement, and overall program experience.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-centered and collaborative leader who is passionate about supporting young people and strengthening youth-serving practices across an organization. They are comfortable balancing direct student support with staff coaching, systems improvement, and family engagement. This person is proactive, organized, adaptable, and committed to helping students remain connected, engaged, and supported.
