### Job Description
• Assist in planning and implementing youth group activities and programs under the supervision of senior church leadership.
• Lead small group discussions and activities for youth based on established curricula and church guidelines.
• Support youth education programs by preparing lesson materials and coordinating weekly meetings.
• Provide basic guidance and mentorship to youth participants consistent with church values and policies.
• Assist with organizing retreats, workshops, and community outreach events for youth members.
• Communicate with parents and volunteers regarding youth activities and schedules.
• Maintain participation records and assist with administrative tasks related to youth programs.
• Coordinate with church staff and volunteers to ensure a safe and supportive environment for youth.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as directed by church leadership.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Liberal Arts, or a related field, plus 6 months of experience working with youth in a church.
