Youth Group Facilitator

Vital Health is an integrated behavioral health and primary care center serving adults and youth in Northwest Ohio. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized care and support recovery for our community.We are seeking a Youth Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups for adolescents in recovery. The ideal candidate has experience working with diverse populations and can manage group dynamics while supporting behavior change.Hours12pm-8pmResponsibilitiesFacilitate youth recovery groups and support goal settingProvide group services across levels of care (IOP, Day Treatment, PHP)Maintain accurate clinical documentationParticipate in weekly treatment team meetingsCollaborate with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary staffUphold confidentiality standards and agency policiesQualificationsActive QMHS and CDCA required2+ years experience preferredStrong communication and documentation skillsComfortable leading group discussions and promoting behavioral changeComputer proficiency (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid time offApplication Question(s):Briefly describe any experience you have facilitating groups or working with youth.How do you handle disruptive or resistant behavior in a group setting?License/Certification:CDCA (Required)Work Location: In person
