The Henry & Rilla White Youth Foundation, a non-profit human services organization, is seeking a masters-level clinician to work in the Department of Juvenile Justice referred youth in Circuit 4, serving Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties.The position is for a contract employee to complete intake and a diagnostic mental health evaluation for youth ages 13-19 currently on probation from the Department of Juvenile Justice.Intake and Evaluation ProcessReferrals will be issued by Foundation staff to clinicianSchedule intake session to complete consent paperwork, screening assessment, and Bio-PsychosocialComplete Evaluation Report (Template provided) and submit to Clinical Director within 10 days of receipt of referral.Compensation: Fee for Service arrangement and will be negotiated based off experience.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications include: Master's Degree from an accredited college or University in counseling, social work, psychology, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field. Training and experience in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, and other behaviorally-based treatments are preferred (but not required).Other Requirements: Clinician will be need to have the ability to print and scan required signature pages for intake forms and evaluation. Foundation will provide a secure gateway to upload those forms. Compensation for this use will be factored into the fee for service agreement.
